Letourneau’s Pharmacy is THE place to go for all vaccinations. Simply go to their website, fill out the online paperwork (which takes two minutes) and show up for the vaccine(s). No appointment necessary. The staff is professional (they handle the insurance), the pharmacists are terrific. They know their stuff. We needed to rent a knee scooter and a companion wheelchair and these folks were great. They had good communication and were very helpful. Louis, the technician from LeTourneau’s Pharmacy&Home Medical Supply, was punctual, professional and personable. He answered all of my questions and explained everything he was doing. I remembered Louis from a previous visit and was happy that he was still with LeTourneau. I cannot say enough good things about the service at Letourneau's Pharmacy in Andover.   I went there last week with my elderly aunt to check various models of lift/assist chairs for her.   The Letourneau's sales person, Steven, was very knowledgeable and - as importantly - gracious and patient, showing us and demonstrating several different models across various price ranges, discussing the advantages and disadvantages of each, and really focusing in on my aunt's needs, and without any pressure.   In the end, he arranged the purchase paperwork efficiently, and even could set delivery on the same day.  Delivery was done later that afternoon by the Letourneau team, which removed an older chair, put in the new one, made sure it was working properly, and demonstrated the controls again to my aunt. Highly recommend! I am renting a hospital bed and the staff was incredibly helpful.  And the delivery person was amazing. He was so patience and carefully set up the bed how I wanted it.  I would recommend them for all medical needs.
